Shipping Information

One Chance is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia – therefore domestic shipping refers to locations inside Australia and international shipping refers to any country outside of Australia. You can calculate your shipping costs via your ‘Cart’ page. Once you have proceeded through to the ‘Checkout’, you can select the shipping type you want to use and enter your shipping address and details.

 

We are notified once your order has been placed and the transaction has been approved. The garments/items are personally folded, handled, packaged and shipped to your provided address.

Please double check and make sure all details are correct on your order to avoid delays or lost items.

 

For reliability we opt to use Australia Post to ship most of our products. All shipping is calculated at cost price via a calculation of what Australia Post charges. In other words: we ship items at shipping cost price and we do not add any fees or a profit margin on the shipping price.

 

*We offer free shipping on some items, on occasions or by spending a certain amount at our store. Under these circumstances we usually use the standard/basic shipping option unless specified otherwise. Please contact us if you would like to use to ‘express post’, ‘courier post’ or ‘registered post’ options.

*Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being placed and paid.

*We reserve the right to change the shipping method of an order. We will advise you and send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.

 

Domestic Shipping:

Regular Post:

Up to 7 business days.

 

Express Post:

Up to 2 business days.

 

Courier Post (where applicable):

Same day (possibly up to 1 business day).

 

International Shipping:

From 4 business days Up to 18 business days.

 

*Please note we do not ship to all countries. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and most parts of Europe.

*Shipping times can vary a couple of day during busy periods.

*Please note if packages are returned to us due to being uncollected or change of address, we will get in contact with you – however you will be responsible for any postage costs to resend items.
