I have never purchased from this website – how safe are my details and credit card?
In short, very safe. Here’s why:
To ensure the best security, safety and reliability, PayPal handles all our transactions and credit card processing. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using a Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Due to the use of PayPal – none of your banking details are kept on our website and any secure banking details are handled via PayPal. PayPal also protects both parties if goods are not received or if there is an issue with any transactions.
How long will my items take to ship?
Our products ship from Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. So obviously shipping time varies depending on where you are in relation to the Gold Coast.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on damaged goods as long as contact is made within 7 days of you receiving the item/s. Click here to visit the damaged goods returns page and fill out the form.
We also accept returns on items that do not fit – however, we will only exchange it for the same item style in another size and the item must not be used or damaged. In the case of size exchange, you will also have to pay for the return shipping of the item/s (so please check the size charts to make sure the item fits you before purchasing).
Please note we do not accept returns if you change your mind on items.
We also do not accept returns on items ‘on sale’ or price reduced.
What are my payment options?
You can pay for your items using: VISA, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal.
(We use PayPal to securely handle payment transactions).
Are your products made in ‘sweat-shops’?
No, definitely not. We pride ourselves on our high quality products while maintaining and believing in fair and healthy workplace standards and conditions. Our supplier’s production facilities have been rated among the highest in the industry for quality by demanding inspection teams from prominent companies.

We are always looking for ways to further get involved with artists. Before we can guarantee anything, please fill out the form on our contact page with your band name, details and places we can listen to your tunes. We will do our best to check out your band and get back to you.
There is a product I want to purchase but it’s sold out! When will it be back in stock?
Crap, it’s sold out… Feel free to contact us and we will let you know if/when it will be back in stock and see if we can pull any strings for you.
